Jamie's Creative Catering is family-owned and operated right here in Harrison, AR. Since our company opened its doors in 2006, we’ve treated every customer like they were a part of our family. Other companies may offer similar services, but our services are the best, and come with a personal touch.  

​The taste and quality of our food is our top priority, but we also know presentation and service are key ingredients to the overall enjoyment of a meal.  That's why Chef Jamie and his wife, Angela, personally oversee every detail of each event.  Our staff includes family, friends and culinary professionals with years of experience.

We've catered events with as few as eight guests and events with nearly 2000 guests, and everything in between.  We're honored to be the go-to caterers for many event venues, corporations and families in The Ozarks, from Springfield and Branson, MO to the towns of Northwest, AR. 

We named our business Jamie's Creative Catering because Chef Jamie really does bring unique creativity to each meal.  Along with the traditional favorites we can provide fruit carvings, ice carvings, s'mores bars and just about anything a client can dream up.  

Our cuisine has been described as "southern food with a flair."  Chef Jamie has honed his skills, taking ordinary food from the market and turning it into a gourmet meal with a regional appeal.   From black tie affairs to the best barbecue, small office lunches to large corporate affairs, we can accomplish whatever catering needs you have.  Please give us a call.

About Chef Jamie Akers | Executive Chef Jamie Akers has served everyone from corporate executives to the Oak Ridge Boys. Prior to launching Jamie's Creative Catering, Jamie served as Executive Sous Chef at Big Cedar Lodge for 13 years, also working at Top of the Rock restaurant, for a total of 15 years experience at Big Cedar Lodge.  It was at Big Cedar Lodge Jamie was able to hone his skills to become one of the most recognized chefs and caterers in the Ozark Mountain region. Trained and Certified from the Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley, Jamie brings a wealth of experience and culinary genius to every event.  Jamie has been working in the food service industry for more than 25 years and has been catering for 10 years.
