As Executive Chef Jamie Akers has served everyone from Corporate Executives to the Oak Ridge Boys. Serving as Executive Sous Chef at Big Cedar Lodge, Jamie was able to hone his skills to become one of the most recognized Chef’s and Caterer’s in the Ozark Mountain region. Trained and Certified from the Culinary Institute of America - Napa Valley, Jamie brings a wealth of experience and culinary genius to your next event.
Jamie's Creative Catering does a variety of events from simple coffee breaks to elegant, formal dinners and receptions. Delivery and pick up service is also available. We tailor our services to meet our customers’ expectations and budgets.
In 2009, Jamie's Creative Catering relocated its operation to John Paul’s Restaurant in the Historic Hotel Seville. John Paul’s offers an elegant dining room that can accommodate up to 200 guests.
Jamie's Creative Catering continues to grow each year and now includes a staff of more than 25. Over the years, Jamie's Creative Catering has received numerous accolades for special events and menus.
