OUR MENU OPTIONS

Our chefs prepare every dish with care to ensure our customers enjoy the best dining experience possible. These menues are intended to provide you with a variety of options for your event.  If you'd like to create a completely custom meal Chef Jamie will be happy to work with you.

We offer a wide variety of entrées to fit all our guests needs. Choose two for a standard buffet or more at an additional charge.

A standard meal includes two sides and one salad.

Sides & Salads

Create an interactive culinary experience with a pasta bar, carving station or other creative food station.

Food Stations

We provide traditional pies, cakes and other specialty desserts for your event.

Let us design elegant cheese & fruit platters or charcuterie boards to display at your event.

We slow cook our barbecue in a smokehouse, giving you and your guests the best barbecue in The Ozarks.

Sleep in and let us cook breakfast.  Choose from a continental display or full breakfast buffet brought to your office, home or event.

We strive to keep the quality of our food high and the prices affordable. Contact us for a specific quote. Prices vary depending on items selected.

Pricing

We can provide beer, mixed drinks, and soft drinks, and even create a signature cocktail for your event.  Our professional bartenders will be happy to serve your guests.  Contact us for specific pricing.

Bar Services

All catering and bar selections are subject to a 10% sales tax and a 25% service fee.  If you would like a plated meal or food stations, an additional fee for extra service may be added.

Tax & Service Charge

Once you've made your selections we'll provide you with a catering agreement using your predicted guest count. A deposit of 35% is due at that time. Your final head count is due seven business days before your event and a final balance will be calculated based on the final headcount. The balance is due 7 days prior to your reservation.
